Reschedule Refund & Terms

Please carefully review before making a booking:

Silver Class Refund Policy:

• - Full deposit refund available for cancellations made 5 days before the appointment date.
• - 50% refund available for cancellations made 3 days before the appointment date.
• - No refund applies if the cancellation is notified less than 3 days in advance.

Gold Class No Refund Policy:

• - No refunds and no change in ring width after booking.
• - Full payment required for special orders.

Reschedule Policy:

• - Your deposit will be held as credit for rescheduling, ensuring first priority for the next booking. No expiration date for the deposit on hold.
• - Full deposit credit available for rescheduling made 5 days before the appointment date.
• - 50% deposit credit available for rescheduling made less than 2 days before the appointment date.
• - 20% deposit credit available for rescheduling on the day.

Each appointment can be rescheduled twice.

No Show Policy:

• - If sufficient notice is not provided on the day of the appointment, we will hold the booking for 20 minutes.
• - After that, it will be treated as a no-show, and the booking will be canceled with no deposit refund.

Terms of Services

Location: Our workshop is situated in Pallara, a southern suburb of Brisbane, just a 3-minute drive from Pallara State School.

Address Disclosure: As it is a private studio, the address will only be provided to successful applicants. Upon making a deposit, all details will be included in our confirmation message.

Tool Safety: Please carefully follow our instructions for handling tools to minimize potential hazards during the workshop.

Visitors Policy: To maintain the best workshop quality, no visitors are allowed. Each attendee is required to create at least one product.

Supervision for Children: Children under 15 years old must have adult supervision.

Property Damage: Any damage to By Me Workshop's property, including furniture, equipment, and tools, must be paid for by the responsible party.

Workshop Pricing:

• - Silver Ring Making Workshop starts at $200-$295 (depends on width & style).
• - Gold Ring Making Workshop kicks off from $349. Check our full Workshop Prices on the menu.
• - Total Price includes all silver materials and tools needed, with no hidden fees unless oversize or extra materials are necessary.

Understanding the Prices:

• - Prices are per person/product (except stacking ring set), and each attendee must make at least one piece.
• - Calculate the total by adding individual prices of chosen items.
• - Deduct the $100 or $250 deposit per person to find the remaining amount.
• - No extra fees unless oversize or extra materials are needed.

Deposits:

• - For Silver classes, $100 Deposit (Per Person).
• - Gold classes, $250 Deposit (Per Person).
• - Deposit will be deducted from your final payment.

Available Dates and Sessions:

• - Workshops last 2.5-3 hours.
• - Two daily sessions: 10:00 am - 13:00 pm and 14:00 pm - 17:00 pm.
• - Contact us for your preferred date/time, and we'll check availability.

Booking Process:

• - Pay the deposit ($100 per person for Silver, $250 per person for Gold).
• - Receive booking confirmation (with detailed address).
• - Read Reschedule Refund & Terms.

Size & Style:

• - No need to choose styles or know your size beforehand.
• - We measure your size on-site for a perfect fit.
• - Finalize your style decision on arrival when you see our samples onsite.

Gift Cards & Vouchers:

• - Purchase an E-Gift Voucher here.
• - Add a personal message during checkout.
• - Popular gift voucher amounts are $100-$200.

Age-Related:

• - Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• - Our workshop requires at least 2.5-3 hours of concentration. However, we suggest at least 12 years+ (*special consideration can be negotiated).

Location:

• - Our private studio is in Pallara, a southern suburb of Brisbane. Address provided upon successful application and deposit settlement.
• - Ample free parking is available onsite.
• - You will receive detailed instructions on how to get to the workshop via email once your booking is confirmed.

Materials:

• - We use Pure S999 Silver, safe for sensitive skin. S925 Silver also available.
• - 9ct Solid Gold (Upgrade Options: 14k, 18k, Rose, or White Gold (Optional) – Elevate your experience with a personalized quote).

Cancel & Reschedule Policy:

• - No Cancellation for Gold Class.
• - Full deposit refund if cancellation is made 5 days before the appointment.
• - Reschedule and hold deposit as credit for future use. Or simply give your spots to your friend.

Payment:

• - We accept cash, transfer, and card (2% surcharge applied).
• - Afterpay available for special circumstances.

Need intimate uninterrupted time?

We also provide private booking for just 2 or special parties.

Extra fees applied for under group of 6: Monday-Friday $300 Extra, Sunday $400 extra (on top of workshop fee)
