Except the custom-made jewellery, we get packing straight away when we get an order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Every single order is picked and packed by hand with love at By Me Workshop. We work as fast and efficiently as possible to get you your order. All orders are shipped from Calamvale, QLD (4116) with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. All parcels are sent by Australia Post with tracking number and signature on delivery. Please allow approximately 3-8 business days for delivery depending on where you are in Australia.
For Northern Territory and regional Western Australia customers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders over $150. We offer $12 flat rate registered shipping and $15 express shipping for orders under $150. For express shipping, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days. For Western Australia and Northern Territory Customers, please allow additional time for delivery if you outside the Australia Post National Express Network.
For customers in Perth, the Australia Post Express Network only covers the postcodes 6000-6005 and 6800-6899.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?
Please note that By Me does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers as all orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one available, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office waiting for collection.
