Return & Exchange Policy

Products, except custom-made jewellery and earrings (non-returnable/non-exchangeable for hygienic reasons), are accepted for credit or exchange in Australia if returned in saleable conditions within 14 days of delivery as indicated by tracking, accompanied by a sales receipt. The item must be “unworn and unused – in new perfect condition” with the exception for the purpose of “trying on”. It is a condition of the exchange/return that the item be shipped back in the original “By Me” branded box.

For rings, while we offer a comprehensive ring size guide for customer reference, it is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct ring size. If the wrong size ring has been ordered, you can return for an exchange. Please note that extra charges will apply for adjusting custom made rings to the correct size. 

For all returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. By Me will provide free shipping back out to the customer. The order can only be exchanged once.

Please note that your return/exchange request will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Some exceptions may apply, we will contact you if it happens.
